The Two Arm Kettlebell Swing (Russian)

Exercise Text: 

The Two-Arm Kettlebell Swing is a powerful movement targeting the glutes, hamstrings, hips, arms, and core. Performing the movement forces you to engage your glutes and thrust your hips forward to generate power. Keeping your core engaged results in a tough workout for your abdominals and an excellent full body workout. There are two versions of the Kettlebell Swing with the Russian (shown in the video) bringing the kettlebell only to shoulder height which allows for faster cycling through repetitions.
