The Turkish Getup

The Turkish Getup is an effective, but complicated full body movement typically performed with a kettlebell. It is very important to start out learning the movement without weight first and then once you are comfortable with your execution of the movement, add a light kettlebell. Gradually increase your weight as you get stronger. Perform the Turkish Getup regularly as it is a highly effective movement for increasing overall strength and excellent core stability.
