The Pushup

Exercise Text: 

The Pushup is an excellent strength building exercise for your chest, shoulders, arms, back, and core muscles. Despite it's apparent simplicty, the pushup is difficult to master. If you are just starting out, I recommend performing modified pushups from your knees until you build up the strength to execute pushups with perfect form. Remember, keep the core tight, the hips in line with the spine and no dipping through the midsection!
