Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

30 Jumping Jacks

20 Scissors (each leg is ½ rep)

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

Sprint 30 seconds, Rest 30 seconds

Then…Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes or

3 Jumping Squats

Our noon Lift-Off member, personal training client, and owner of Atlanta Sport and Social Club (across the street) competed in his very first powerlifting meet on Saturday and placed third in the state in men's masters.  We are proud of your hard work, Kevin!
