02/28/2017: Kettlebell Workout! Press, Swings, Squats, Lunge!

Never stop learning. Coach Sam is working toward his SFG2 Certification and one of the movements he must master is the Bent Press. It's a beautiful movement that requires good mobility to compliment strength. It's a work in progress and will definitely take a few months of consisten practice. Shown here is 32 kg which to date is his best.
