SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching      followed by 15 Pushups, 15 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Choose your own adventure:  complete Workout #1 or Workout #2.

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2 minutes, then perform dynamic stretching followed by two 30 second squat holds and 2 30 second plank holds.

Workout:

In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds of the following exercises as possible:

5 Pushups

10 Broad Jumps (feet together, spring forward and land, Jump as far as possible each time)

15 Situps

20 seconds Plank Hold

10 seconds rest

20 seconds Hollow Rocks

10 seconds rest
