Workout: Monostructural Activity Day!

Run, Jump Rope, Ride, Row, Swim, or Handstand Walk for 25 minutes.

MONDAY WORKOUT

Location: Stadium Field

Equipment: Medicine Ball

Complete as many Rounds as possible of the following movements:

15 Med Ball Ground to Overhead

15 Med Ball Situp and Press

15 Med Ball Pushups

15 Med Ball Lateral Hops (over and back equals 1 rep)

15 Med Ball Canoers (side to side equals 1 rep)

Sprint to Midfield and back (without Med Ball)
