WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 pushups, 10 squats and 2 Minutes of Plank.

Workout:  

Complete 6 Rounds of the following as quickly as possible:

5 Manmakers

Perform the following seqeunce of movements 5 times as quickly as possible:

5 Burpees

10 Jump Squats

15 Lungesteps (each leg counts as 0.5 reps)

20 meter Bear Crawl
