Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches  25 Jumping Jacks, 15 squats, 10 pushups, 5 Jumping Lunge Steps (per leg).

Workout: Hip-Hop Hooray!”

5 Rounds as quickly as possible:

30 Mountain Climbers (15/leg)

25 Box Jumps/Step-ups

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

Workout: Set the clock for 24 minutes.  Complete as much of the following as possible before time elapses…
