Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Mountain Climbers.

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following sequence:

6 DumbbellTurkish Get-ups (3/arm) - WATCH

12 One-arm dumbbell ground to overhead (6/arm)

18 Pushups

Sprint 60 meters and back (120 meters total)

Post total rounds to comments.  Don't have a dumbbell? Use a gallon milk jug like in this VIDEO.

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following as quickly as possible

50 Squats

Run 0.25 miles

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 30 Jumping Jacks, and 1 minute plank hold.

Workout:   Set the clock to 20 minutes and begin the following:
